Guided by Jenna Roberts, this second mobility session continues to build on flexibility, control, and joint awareness through dynamic and active stretching. The class offers a progressive sequence to refine alignment and placement—particularly in the hips and hamstrings—while promoting safe mobility gains.


The class begins with Loop & Stretch, which gently opens the hips to prepare for deeper work. Hamstring Stretch will help safely lengthen the back of the legs and refine rotation and à la seconde placement with control. The structure encourages dancers to stay within their personal range while activating key stabilisers, making this class a valuable addition to strength or technique sessions.
