Starting Position: The student will place the mini loop band around the ankle and then twist it into a figure of eight and loop it around the other ankle. The student will then stand hip width apart in a parallel position.

Steps:

  1. The student will plié and roll up into a rise .
  2. Have the student then do a little jump.
  3. Repeat this sequence 4 times through.
  4. The student will then repeat this externally rotated.
  5. Have the student repeat the exercise 4 times.
