Nicole Rose Constantineau is a New England based Physical Therapist as well as a freelance dance choreographer and instructor. With over 20 years of dance experience, Nicole started her professional journey at Dean College in Franklin, MA obtaining her Bachelor of Art degree with a concentration in dance. Her undergraduate education developed her skills in various dance styles, most notably in ballet and modern where she was able to study under the teachings of professionals from Alvin Ailey Dance Company, the Boston Ballet and individuals including Joan Phelps Palladino, Jill Silverman, and Nailah Randall-Bellinger. Nicole went on to develop her skills professionally within the dance world, later expanding her knowledge of movement by attending graduate school at the University of New England in Portland, ME to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. With a passion for rehabilitating individuals of various backgrounds, Nicole's true calling focuses on changing the narrative when it comes to treating high level artists such as dancers so that they can not only get themselves back to their craft, but also prolong their careers.
Nicole is a certified Dance Physical Therapist with additional certifications in both Pelvic Floor PT and Progressive Ballet Technique. She is an active member of the APTA. Currently, Nicole resides in Portland, ME where she lives with her husband. She continues to develop her own dance skills and knowledge to stay up to date and provide evidence based care.
