Meytal has been teaching Pilates in NYC for over 15 years, certified in Mat and All Apparatus, Pre/Post-Natal, Pre/Post-Rehabilitation, the Pink Ribbon Program, Redcord® Suspension, and CoreAlign®. She works with performers, athletes, and clients of all levels. A professional actor and dancer, Meytal also teaches dancers and performers at The Dance Loft in Long Beach and offers private sessions in her home studio.
