She has been training in contemporary dance for almost twenty years. Between 2012 and 2017 she co-founded with Daria Dziedzic (PL) the alternative movement theatre Kinematics Dance Company for people with various disabilities. Since 2005, she has been training her skills under the guidance of teachers of contemporary, classical and jazz dance techniques in international workshops (advanced level and masterclass).


Educational background: jazz dance instructor (two-year instructor qualification course), cultural animator and manager with a specialisation in dance and theatre (BA), general pedagogue and psycho-preventive therapist (MA), herbalist-phytotherapist (including herbal medicine qualification) and massage terapist (medical profession, in progress).


Learning new working methods and studying anatomy and physiology allows for a deeper understanding of the functioning of the human body, a broader view of dance training and the dancer's motor skills, and provides injury prevention both in one's own training and in the training of guided dancers and artistic athletes.

In addition, certification in:

- Choreography;

- Dance Medicine - Physiotherapy in Dance;

- Motor Training in Dance, Ballet and Artistic Gymnastics;

- Personal Training;

- Pelvic Floor Muscle Work, including strengthening the pelvic floor muscles in dancers;


"My broad experience and holistic view of the body in movement allows me to develop talents, catch weak links and strengthen them, find alternatives for motor skills after injury, and take care of the body and its regeneration to be able to dance as long as possible in life."

Participation in the Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Teacher Certification Workshop Level 1 and Progressing Contemporary Technique (PCT) Teacher Training Workshop took place as part of the project ‘Injury and Pain Prevention in Dance - Enhancing Qualifications and Pedagogical Competences in Additional Methods of Body Work (Participation in Specialised Training at International Level)’. The project was implemented with funds from the National Institute of Music and Dance within the framework of the programme ‘Support for international activities’ (Poland).
