The video for this class runs 32 minutes, but it's a good idea to set aside 40-50 minutes. This extra time allows for any needed repetitions. Encourage your students to go through Class 1 multiple times until they feel truly confident, aiming to practice it at least twice. 


In Class 2, we take things up a notch by focusing more on the oblique muscles, essential for trunk rotation and overall movement. Exercises like "Strength of the Side" and "Core & Obliques" target these muscles specifically. As your students progress, we introduce the "Opening the Sternum" exercise. It's a great feel-good movement that opens up the chest and encourages the ribs to move downward. Towards the end of the class, shift focus to balance and coordination with the "Elevation Training" exercise. Lastly, cap off the session with a fantastic release and stretch, paying special attention to the Piriformis muscle.
