Additionally, the exercises are designed to mobilise the fascia, releasing tension and improving flexibility, which helps dancers maintain fluidity and ease in their movements.
Encourage your students to spend 20-25 minutes on this class, allowing them time to pause, adjust, and repeat exercises as needed to fully engage their muscles. Use the fusion ball to help them not only strengthen their core but also awaken their bodies and mobilise the fascia.
