Mini Loop Warm-up 2, led by Jenna Roberts, develops inner leg strength, hip mobility, and core stability through a progressive sequence of mini loop exercises. The class is designed to prepare students for turnout, extensions, and controlled weight transfers, while reinforcing alignment and movement quality.


Inner Leg Warm-up activates adductors and hip stabilisers with controlled openings, closings, and lifts. Lengthen, Hold, Breathe strengthens the inner thighs, glutes, and core through leg lifts, extensions, and rotations. Frog Loops integrates adductors and abdominals for balanced strength. Down Dog Resistance engages the upper body and core while building spinal support and lower-body engagement through hip and leg lifts.


Teaching Tips:

Emphasise movement initiation from the hip joint rather than the knee.

Cue core engagement to stabilise the pelvis during rotations and lifts.

Use the mini loop tension to provide resistance without compromising form.

Encourage smooth, controlled transitions to maintain flow and control.
