Originally from Atlanta and raised in Ontario, Canada, Laura trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and with Opera Atelier’s School of Atelier Ballet. She continued her training on scholarship at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and attended summer intensives with the Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. Laura has performed with Opera Atelier, The National Ballet of Canada, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Ballet 5:8, and continues to guest internationally.

Laura has taught across Chicagoland for 9 years, working with students from age 2 to adult. She has furthered her training with dance physiotherapist Lisa Howell and is passionate about injury prevention and dancer wellness.
