Mini Loop Warm-up 2, led by Jenna Roberts, develops hip mobility, lower-body activation, and coordination while integrating core engagement and spinal stability. The class progresses from isolated hip work to more dynamic, full-body sequences with the mini loop providing controlled resistance.


Loop & Stretch primes the hips and inner thigh stabilisers while challenging turnout and core connection. Bridge with Butterfly strengthens the glutes and hamstrings, enhancing support for jumps and improving spinal control. Co-ordination & Pump introduces rhythmic lower-body and core coordination, reinforcing alignment under repeated movement. Band Stretch & Release combines length, hip mobility, and postural awareness, allowing students to integrate control with flexibility.


Teaching Tips:

Cue students to maintain a lightly engaged core throughout, particularly during bridges and planks.

Observe hip alignment in butterfly and stretch sequences to prevent compensation.

Remind students to coordinate breath with movement, especially during deep stretches.
