Adam's journey in the dance realm commenced under the guidance of Marie Walton Mahon and Karen Thomas joining the Australian Ballet School soon after.


Post-graduation, Adam joined The Queensland Ballet under the artistic direction of Francois Klaus, soon taking him to Soloist in 2005. In 2006, he received an invitation to join the renowned Sydney Dance Company, marking a significant phase in his artistic exploration.


During his tenure with the Sydney Dance Company, Adam collaborated with distinguished choreographers, including Rafael Bonachela, Graeme Murphy, Stephen Petronio, Meryl Tankard, Aszure Barton, Kenneth Kvarnstrom, Craig Bary, and Emanuel Gat. This period not only honed his technical skills but also enriched his artistic perspective.


In late 2010, Adam embarked on a transformative journey with Garry Stewart's Australian Dance Theatre, contributing significantly to the European tour of the company's production, "Be Yourself." His artistic pursuits extended to film, with involvement in Paramount Pictures' WWZ and collaborations with eminent artists such as Wayne McGregor and Akram Kahn.


Adam's trajectory included notable performances in Terry Guilliem’s "Faust" in Palermo and Melly Stills’ "The Cunning Little Vixen" at Glyndebourne. The zenith of his performance career involved being part of The Pet Shop Boys World Tour and touring with Australian Dance Theatre's production, "G."


Adam is excelling as an innovative choreographer. His coaching has played a vital role in guiding students to success in prestigious competitions like YAGP and Prix de Lausanne.


In a significant creative venture, Adam collaborated with the Sydney Youth Orchestra to choreograph "The Sky is Falling," a dynamic work that premiered at The Concourse Theatre in September 2017 to resounding praise.


With a wealth of experience, Adam has shared his knowledge as a guest teacher across Europe and Australia, contributing to the development of aspiring dancers in leading companies and schools.
