Equipment Used
The students will be really challenging their balance and supporting leg strength in this exercise. This exercise will build strength in the VMO and also in the core, we want to make sure the students stay stable in the pelvis throughout the exercise.
Starting Position: The student will place the mini loop band over one ankle, they will then twist the band to create a figure of 8 and place the other ankle in the loop. The student will begin by standing tall in a parallel position.
