Equipment Used
The students will build strength in their lower legs and will also be improving their stamina during this exercise. If the students are doing this exercise at home, makes sure to lie down a map and keep the jumps small.
Starting Position: The student will place the mini loop band around the ankle and then twist it in to a figure of eight and place it over the other ankle. They will then stand in a parallel position with their arms down by their sides.
