This is a great exercise for the students to focus on their turnout and build strength and stability through the hamstrings, glutes and pelvis. Remember to work within the students own range of turnout and never force it.
Starting Position: The student will place the pro-ball right up against the back of the legs with the legs over the pro-ball. Their arms are down a long the mat with the palms facing up.
