The students will safely increase flexibility in this exercise. By using the mini loop band they will lengthen the hamstrings and adductors while maintaining alignment.
Starting Position: The students will place the mini loop band over the foot and twist it in to a figure of eight, they will bring the foot that is in the band in to a table top position and hold on to the band with the same arm as leg. The supporting leg will be stretched down a long the mat with the opposite arm straight out to the side.
