This exercise will be targeting the deep abdominals which is so important to strengthen, it will help the students improve their posture and support the spine. The students will also be working on their co-ordination.
Starting Position: The student will start by lying on the floor with one fusion ball under the foot, the other leg is stretched down along the floor. Both arms are holding the other fusion ball above the head.
