The students will find their centre in this exercise by bringing the focus to the standing leg and by activating the core.


Starting Position: The students will begin in 5th position holding the pro-ball in front of the chest, and picking up the front foot in to a coupé.


Steps:

  1. The student will do little pivots to complete a full promenade.
  2. They will then close the foot behind and tap the pro-ball to the floor.
  3. Standing back up they will alternate legs completing the exercise 4 times.
