This class is designed to help dancers recalibrate through gentle, targeted activation and release. It begins with foot and ankle work to restore articulation and control at the base of the body.


Finally, Hip Mobility isolates the hip joint in multiple planes, reinforcing pelvic stability and glute activation while promoting length and calm in a grounded position.



 The final phase opens the back body through supported spinal curves and folds, promoting fluid mobility and release. Breath and pacing guide the entire class, supporting nervous system recovery and full-body coordination.
