Welcome to Focus Warm-up 1: Upper Body & Port de Bras, guided by Jenna Roberts! This session is designed to activate and strengthen the upper body while promoting expressive and coordinated arm movements.


The class begins with Fusion Rock & Roll, an exercise that strengthens the back muscles and improves spinal articulation while engaging the core. As the class progresses, students work on posture, port de bras, and arm phrasing with a focus on trunk control and breath-led movement.


The session concludes with Thoracic Flow Activation, which enhances thoracic mobility and opens the chest. Encourage abdominal engagement and spinal projection to support safe and effective movement.


This warm-up is ideal before barre or as a focused session to build upper body coordination, alignment, and strength.
