Recovery Class 14 – Senior Level, led by Jenna Roberts, provides a focused sequence for gentle restoration and mobility post-intensive training.


The class opens with Devant Stretch, which emphasises hamstring elongation and anterior hip flexibility while maintaining pelvic stability crucial for injury prevention. The second segment, Cool-down & Stretch, combines abdominal engagement with chest and upper back opening, creating a balanced release to support posture and muscle recovery. The final section, Freedom & Recovery, promotes upper body activation, spinal articulation, pelvic mobility, and breath integration to enhance movement flow.


This sequence supports dancers in managing fatigue while reinforcing key areas of mobility and stability for long-term health.
