Recovery Class 15, led by Jenna Roberts, is designed to aid recovery by combining strength, flexibility, and control through a clear progression. 


The class starts with Strength & Flexibility, targeting hip flexors, quadriceps, and deep core muscles while enhancing hamstring and inner thigh flexibility. Maintaining pelvic stability and control throughout ensures safe and effective recovery. It continues with Spine Elongation to activate the back, upper body, and abdominals for spinal support. The session finishes with Spine & Release Exercise, emphasising spinal rotation with safe hamstring lengthening.
