In Mini Loop Warm-up Class 3, guided by Melissa McCabe, students continue developing strength and control through progressive movement and resistance.
The class begins with Run, Hold, Stretch, introducing gentle dynamic movement to warm the lower body and improve coordination. Core Band Craze follows, combining scissor and twist actions to strengthen the core and obliques while increasing pelvic stability. Turnout Pulses reinforces hip rotation and leg alignment, encouraging awareness of turnout from the hips rather than the feet.
The class concludes with Flex & Balance, improving posture, coordination, and flexibility through smooth transitions and controlled stretches.
Tips for Teaching:
• Keep the band secure and evenly stretched to maintain consistent resistance.
• Stay aware of how each exercise connects to the next—each section builds on the previous one.
• During stretching, remind students to breathe steadily to support mobility and alignment.
