This is a great exercise to get the students focusing on turnout while also building strength and power in the legs.
Starting Position: The student will place the resistance band over both thighs and then wrap the band around the top of the thigh on each leg and the band will come between the legs. They will hold on to each end of the band and place the hands on the hips, The legs are straight up towards the ceiling externally rotated.
