The students will benefit from this exercise by increasing glute strength and hip mobility. They will be getting a full body workout as this exercise will also be targeting upper body strength,
Starting Position: The student will begin on all fours with the fusion ball at the back of the right knee and the left elbow on the floor.
Steps:
- The student will start by lift the fusion ball towards the ceiling and lowering back down.
- They will then complete a big circle with the knee. Repeating this 7 times.
- The student will then tuck under the left toes and push up in to a downward dog position, while completing a big circle with the fusion ball.
- They will repeat this 6 times.
- To finish the students will lower down bringing the right knee forward and taking the fusion ball on to the floor in front snd stretch over in a pigeon pose.
- Have the students repeat this on the other side.
