This exercise will be targeting the glutes and core, make sure the students are focusing on alignment and breath.
Starting Position: The students will place the mini loop band around both legs and above the knees. Place the feet on the floor in a turned out position with the hands behind the head.
Steps:
- The students will floar the legs up to table top position.
- They will then open and close the legs 4 times down and 4 times back to table top.
- The students will then repeat this with their hands behind their head and the chest curled forward.
- Have the student roll on to one side with both hands behind the head, knees bent and the underneath foot on slight demi point.
- They will then pulse the leg up 4 times and then quickly roll to the other side and repeat.
- The students will then repeat the whole exercise from the beginning.
