This exercise is great for strengthening the adductors, core and hamstrings. The students will be working towards alignment and jumps.
Starting Position; The students will place both feet on the resistance band and then cross the band over the front, they will then hold either end of the band in each hand. The student will then lie down on their back, taking the legs up to a table top position.
