This exercise is going to activate the students abdominals but also create length and flexibility in the hamstring. Make sure the students are working within their own range and aren't forcing the stretch.
Starting Position: The student will place the mini loop band around the foot then twist the band to create a figure of 8. The student will then lie down bringing the foot in the band in to a table top position. The student will keep hold of the band the entire exercise.
