The students will be building strength in their calfs and also their core during this exercise.


Staring Position: The student will place both feet in to the resistance band, then extend the legs up to the ceiling. Remember to hold the end of the band for extra resistance.


Steps:

  1. The students will peddle the feet out 6 times.
  2. They will then lower and lift the legs twice.
  3. They will repeat this from the beginning.
  4. To finish the student will bend both knees down and extend their legs down a long the floor.
