This exercise will challenge the students stamina, core strength and lower leg alignment.


Starting Position: The student will place the mini loop band around the ankles and come to a standing position with the feet hip width apart.


Steps:

  1. The students will complete 4 jumps in parallel.
  2. They will then lower their hands to the floor and perform a burpee.
  3. Repeat this 2 times.
  4. They will then turn both feet out and do little pulses to the right, then the left.
  5. Have the students repeat the whole exercise from the beginning.
