Steps:
1. Have the student lift leg towards the body, sitting up tall
2. They will then roll down through the spine, lengthening hamstring
3. The student will roll over onto their side
4. They will gently pulling leg towards the body
5. Have the student roll onto their back, pulling the leg towards the body
6. They will the lengthen up to sitting, pulling the leg towards you
7. Have the student lower the leg down, folding body over the legs

Make sure they are executing the exercise with control and not forcing the stretch.
