Preparation: Position the dancers close to a wall, sitting with their backs upright. Make sure their feet are aligned with their hips and that their heels touch each other.
Steps:
1. Ask the dancers to hold a fusion ball at chest level.
2. Guide them to slide down the wall into a seated position roll the fusion ball towards the toes and back up again while rolling the ball along their legs.
3.They wigglethemselves back in towards the wall and reset the legs on the wall to repeat.
Focus: Make sure the student's spine is elongated and they have upright posture. Ensure proper alignment of the legs and weight distribution is even.
