This exercise is an effective way to strengthen the upper body and build core as well as leg strength in a fun way.
Steps:
1. Students start by lying on their stomach with their forehead resting on the fusion ball. Their palms should be placed on either side of their forehead with their elbows lifted.
2. Make sure that their legs are parallel and feet are stretched.
3. Guide them to lift their legs off the mat while keeping them straight then quickly flutter them (like twinkle toes) for 8 counts.
4. After a rest period, the student exhales and raises their upper body (ensure to avoid rib flaring).
5. They lower back down and repeat this sequence three more times.
