This Upper Body & Port de Bras Class is our second class created in collaboration with English National Ballet. Led by ENB First Soloist Julia Conway and demonstrated by ENBYouthCo dancer Megan Georges, this 26-minute class refines your posture, control, and fluidity in upper body movements. Focused on strengthening the back, shoulders, and core, this class deepens your understanding of port de bras, with elegant support from Reina Okada on the piano. Set aside at least 30 minutes for this class.
