Welcome to Recovery Class 12, guided by Jenna Roberts.


This session supports recovery through a clear balance of activation, elongation, and release. It begins with Leg Switches to strengthen the iliopsoas and reduce thigh overuse in leg lifts. Then, Hamstring Stretch targets both ends of the hamstrings to enhance flexibility and functional range. Finally, Let it Go! invites spinal and upper-body mobility through circular patterns that release tension and promote fluid movement.


This class can be used at the end of a long day, between rehearsals, or as part of a recovery programme. It supports injury prevention and offers dancers a way to reinforce movement quality in a low-load context.
