Recovery Class 13 – Senior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts, is designed to safely restore muscle length, reinforce postural alignment, and integrate breath into recovery-focused movement.
The class starts with Pelvis Stability, encouraging stability through core activation and alignment awareness. This protects the lumbar spine while supporting controlled muscle elongation. Final Stretch follows, promoting global flexibility across calves, spine, and legs while highlighting the importance of balancing mobility with strength.
The session concludes with Breath with Recovery follows, using breathwork to increase fascial responsiveness and stretch depth.
This sequence is particularly useful after physically demanding sessions, or to help dancers integrate healthy flexibility practices into their weekly schedule.
