Led by the inspiring Melissa McCabe, this class focuses on proprioception and turnout development, providing an essential foundation for dancers. Using a resistance band, participants will engage in exercises designed to enhance body awareness and improve external rotation, helping students build strength, control, and graceful movement patterns.


The class includes:


Foundation Demi Plié: Explore the mechanics of turnout while maintaining correct alignment.

Foundation Rond de Jambe à Terre: Develop fluid hip rotation and smooth transitions.

Turnout Pulses: Strengthen the muscles supporting external rotation with precise activation.

Port de Bras Enhancement: Refine arm movements for elegance and flow.

Foot Articulation Extension: Improve the strength and flexibility of the feet and toes.

Band Warm Down: Conclude with a gentle stretch to relax muscles and reinforce proper alignment.
