Ilaria is a versatile performing artist with over 18 years of elite training, earning scholarships from the Royal Academy of Dance, Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, and Glenn Wood Tap. She is highly skilled across ballet, jazz, tap, cabaret, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, Latin ballroom, musical theatre, and acting.

Ilaria has performed internationally as a dancer and showgirl with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Most recently, she performed in Madrid at Spain’s largest Christmas park, Mágicas Navidades. In Australia, Ilaria tours with WB Productions in featured shows including I Love Your Faces: The Don Lane Show and Sizzle Burlesque, and has appeared as a showgirl on the Today Show.

A certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor, Ilaria is currently advancing her studies with the Royal Academy of Dance towards her Certificate in Dance Teaching. With six years of teaching experience, she is known for her dynamic, uplifting approach—driving technical excellence while inspiring confidence, resilience, and an appreciation of dance into her students.

Guided by her belief that “you only fail if you don’t try,” Ilaria encourages her students to be brave, disciplined, and fearless in their pursuit of growth – qualities she believes were key to her own success.
