2. Services Provided

• Online Training: Includes tutorial videos, follow-along classes, and an assessment area for certification. Users can learn at their own pace and apply to become certified PBT instructors.
• Workshops: Physical and occasional live zoom courses available globally. Registration is required through our website.

3. User Obligations

• Users must be at least 17 years old and actively studying dance or related professions to participate in workshops.
• Users agree to adhere to all guidelines and conduct rules during workshops and whileusing the online platform, respecting all copyright and intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on PBT's platforms, including training materials, videos, logos and trademarks, are the exlusive property of PBT. Unauthorised use of any PBT content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Subscriptions: Subscriptions to our online services can be cancelled at any time. If a user cancels within the first half of a monthly payment period, they are eligible to request a refund for that month. For a yearly subscriptions, if a cancellation occurs within the first month, a refund for the year may be requested. If cancellations occur outside of these specified times, the user will retain access untill the end of the current billing cycle without refund.
• Workshops:
• Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Workshop: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 30 days before the workshop date. Alternatively, we can offer a credit for the full amount, which can be used towards a future workshop.
• Cancellation Between 30 and 15 Days Prior: If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the workshop, you will receive a credit that can be used for another workshop. This credit must be used for a workshop conducted by the same tutor or in the same country as the originally booked workshop.
• Cancellation Within 15 Days: If you cancel less than 15 days before the workshop and we are unable to fill your spot from our waitlist, we cannot provide a refund or credit. However, you may transfer your registration to another person, or we can offer you a coupon for a year's worth of online training.
• Sold-Out Workshops: For sold-out workshops, if we can fill your spot from the waitlist, we will provide a full refund or credit. The earlier you notify us of your cancellation, the more likely we are to fill your spot.
• Transferring Your Registration: You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else if you provide at least 72 hours' notice prior to the workshop.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between PBT and users or among users themselves will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. We reserve the right to require that any disputes arising from the use of our Services are resolved in the jurisdiction of the PBT headquarters.

7. Limitation of Liability

• PBT is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the use of its Services. Users participate in training and workshops at their own risk. PBT does not guarantee the effectiveness of its training programs for every individual.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

• PBT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or use the Services in a way that could cause PBT legal liability or disrupt other's use.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms of Service

• PBT may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by sending an email. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. General Provisions

• If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PBT regarding the use of the Services.
