Hi, I’m Karolina, a certified Barre instructor and Progressing Ballet Technique teacher based in Gdańsk, Poland.

I have over 17 years of dance experience, including more than 12 years of ballet training. I currently teach Barre classes and incorporate PBT exercises to help dancers improve their strength, alignment, stability and body awareness.

Alongside my teaching, I continue to develop my own movement practice through ballet and Chinese classical dance. I am particularly interested in helping adult dancers build strong foundations, move with greater confidence and develop elegant, well-coordinated movement.
