In this dynamic and uplifting PBT Band Class, your students will work on strengthening external rotation, improving pelvis and hip alignment, and developing control essential for adagio and à la seconde positioning. The session aims to build strength and control while maintaining fluid, expressive movement quality.
The class begins with 'band blast' warm-up using the mini loop band to activate and prepare the body. Hip and glute exercises follow, targeting key stabilisers to support rotation and turnout. From there, students will progress through focused exercises to improve rotation stability and adagio control, concluding with a gentle cool down to promote recovery and alignment.
