This mobility-based class focuses on enhancing fluidity, control, and alignment in early-stage dancers through gentle, supported movement. The sequence emphasises hamstring and hip flexor lengthening to support leg alignment, while also incorporating exercises that activate the adductors, obliques, and deep abdominal muscles to improve torso stability and turnout.


The exercise Control and Alignment encourages rhythm and weight placement, while Reach & Twist introduces upper body spirals that mobilise the spine and strengthen the obliques. Foot articulation is further developed through targeted resistance work to promote strength, length, and flexibility in the toes.


The class finishes with flowing stretches and breath-based movement to release muscular tension and recalibrate posture—key to fostering long-term flexibility without strain. As with all mobility classes, the focus remains on safe, responsive movement, encouraging young dancers to stretch without force and find ease through mindful repetition.
