This class, guided by Emily, features a progressive series of three exercises focused on deep core engagement, alignment, and full-body mobility to support recovery and restore ease and control in the body after demanding classes. It begins with TVA & Psoas Conditioning, which focuses on engaging the transverse abdominis (TVA) and iliopsoas muscles—essential for proper alignment and hip joint flexion—while also activating the deep core to support posture.


The class then moves into Hip Release, promoting spinal articulation and hip mobilisation through fluid, supported movement.


Finally, the Fusion Ball Warm-down integrates hamstring strengthening, pelvic control, and myofascial release, before closing with rest.
