Welcome to Mobility Class 1 – Junior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts. This is the first in a progressive series of mobility classes designed to support flexibility and range of motion through gentle, functional movements.
In this session, students will focus on releasing tension and improving control in areas such as the hips, glutes, hamstrings, and back. Rather than holding passive stretches, the emphasis is on active elongation, alignment, and coordination—encouraging a safe and sustainable approach to flexibility.
Exercises like Lengthen, Hold, Breathe help develop internal and external rotation while strengthening hip alignment in extension, supporting turnout and long lines. Later in the class, Smiley Back and Oblique Stretch enhances spinal mobility and encourages oblique engagement, promoting more integrated movement patterns.
This class offers a safe and effective foundation for developing flexibility while reinforcing alignment, breathing techniques, and body awareness.
