This class is designed to activate and coordinate the full body through varied dynamic exercises. It begins with mobilising and loading the lower limbs, then progresses to alignment, core control, and rotational stability. Each exercise targets multiple muscle groups while reinforcing technique foundations.


Plank Pop Bounce uses the fusion ball to challenge the calves, hamstrings and posterior chain while increasing proprioception and coordination in transitions from down-dog to plank. Frog Loops continues the strength focus, targeting the glutes, adductors and hip flexors with an emphasis on core support. Promenade – Extension works on posture, rotation and balance—essential for building control in pirouettes. The class finishes with Batterie Preparation, which helps isolate pelvic stability while developing dynamic strength for allegro work.
