Fusion Warm Up 6 – Advanced Level offers a well-rounded preparation for class, combining core stability, ankle strength, and upper-body control.


The session begins with targeted core activation, and then moves through sequences that refine external rotation and hip mobility. The class builds upon earlier foundations, progressing toward more challenging versions of previously introduced exercises.


Highlighting integrated coordination and stability, it’s an ideal choice before a demanding rehearsal or class.


Tips:

Encourage dancers to visualise how each exercise supports technical goals, from improved turnout to a more secure balance.

Remind students to exhale during effortful moments to support deep core engagement.

Cue alignment in Clams by checking the parallel line of the base leg.

In Port de Bras Stability – Extension, prompt students to distribute weight through the heels and maintain length through the spine and pelvis.
