Controlled foot articulation and precise weight placement enhance balance and coordination, preparing for more advanced movements.
Upper body exercises focus on spinal lengthening while maintaining rib control. Turnout stability is reinforced through deep rotator activation, supporting fluidity in movement. Later, petit allégro elements develop precision and dynamic control.
The class concludes with a warm-down exercise to cool down, restoring muscular balance and releasing any accumulated tension.
