Welcome to Focus Warm-up 4 – Junior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts.
In this session, students will work on activating the muscles in the feet, ankles, and legs to support clean and controlled allegro technique. The warm-up begins by targeting the hamstrings and calves while encouraging core engagement to stabilise the torso.
As the class progresses, exercises like Frog Legs – Extension help students refine foot articulation and strengthen the adductors and abdominal muscles—essential for maintaining alignment and control during jumps.
The final part of the class focuses on batterie preparation, allowing students to practise quick, clear leg movements while supported, building coordination and precision for centre work.
