Welcome to Junior Class 10, led by Regina Arenas. Before progressing, ensure your students are confident with the material from Junior Class 9. The video runs for approximately 38 minutes, but allow 45-50 minutes to include explanations, demonstrations, and repetition.


This session focuses on full-body coordination, core activation, and precise weight placement. Students will work on strengthening the obliques, essential for épaulement and arabesque, while also warming up the adductors. Exercises will refine core engagement, posture control, and upper-body coordination to enhance stability and movement quality.


Special attention is given to alignment in positions such as attitude devant and à la seconde, helping students maintain balance and strength in dynamic movements. Foot articulation and controlled landings are emphasized in petit jetés, ensuring proper execution.


Encourage students to focus on stability, especially in weight shifts and upper-body movements, while maintaining pelvic alignment. The class concludes with a warm-down to release tension, restore muscular balance, and improve flexibility.
